Private Banking Service
What is AML’s Private Banking Service?
Service levels offered by banks are now directly related to the profitability of each customer. For most individuals and businesses, dedicated relationship management no longer exists, with customers being left to deal predominantly with centralised call centres (often located overseas) and computerised automated response systems.
However, each of the banks do have dedicated “private banking” areas that look after clients with very large borrowings, generally in excess of 2 to 3 million dollars. These “private banking” clients receive a high level of personal service, but it is beyond the reach of most borrowers. Also, clients are restricted to dealing with one lender for all borrowings, which can make it difficult to take advantage of the best value option each time a borrowing decision is made.
At AML we provide this personalised “private banking” style of service to all our clients, regardless of loan size.
Every client is assigned a dedicated lending manager who will work with you to obtain a thorough understanding of your circumstances before determining options for you to consider based on your objectives.
Unlike dealing with a single bank, we have access to broadly based solutions from the wide range of lenders we work with (including all the banks) which means we can access the best value solution for you each time a borrowing decision is required.
We work with you on an ongoing basis, reviewing your facilities regularly to ensure they remain competitive and appropriate to your changing circumstances.
Your lending manager is supported by a team of professionals, each conversant with your circumstances, and always available to assist you either by phone or in person.
